I am a Republican candidate for Sheriff in York County Maine. I am also a local pastor in a Bible Believing, Bible Teaching, Bible Preaching Church. I have extensive education and experience in criminal justice as well as pastoral ministry. I served in a number of law enforcement agencies as well as serving as a professor of criminal justice. Over the years I have served a number of churches in leadership capacity. Accused of False Swearing
I was accused of False Swearing. This accusation is a crime and I should be charged with a crime, tried, and convicted if this actually happened. Until then in America a person is considered innocent. This video explains that the form that was downloaded from the Secretary of States office, was actually the wrong form . I filled out the form ACCORDING TO THE SECRETARY OF STATES DIRECTION. So how can I be accused of wrong doing when I did what I was told? One reason , the independent wanted to push me off the ballot so the opposition would be reduced. SHAMEFUL !!! This accusation is not true and was over ruled by Secretary of State Office.
